An issue has been identified with a public router in our North America Central Region at IBM. While the issue isn't currently impacting customer workloads, actions need to be taken to ensure the identified issues don't worsen.
A failover of public services is currently scheduled for January 7th at 6am EST. While some packets in flight could be dropped during this transition, access to customer workloads will largely be unaffected. Expected downtime is expected to be less than 30 seconds.
